HiLook DVR-208U-M1/T 8-Channel 4K Turbo HD AcuSense DVR
The HiLook DVR-208U-M1/T is an 8-channel hybrid digital video recorder from HiLook's Turbo HD AcuSense range. As a 5-in-1 recorder, it accepts HDTVI, AHD, HDCVI, CVBS and IP camera inputs, making it a flexible choice for new installations and for upgrading existing analogue systems to high-resolution recording.
The DVR-208U-M1/T is part of the DVR-208U-M1 AcuSense platform. It records up to eight coax cameras at up to 8MP and can additionally connect IP cameras, using efficient H.265 Pro+ compression to reduce bandwidth and storage costs.
5-in-1 Hybrid Recording
The recorder adaptively accepts five signal types — HDTVI, AHD, HDCVI, CVBS and IP — so it works with almost any analogue or Turbo HD camera and can also add network cameras. With Enhanced IP mode, up to 16 IP cameras can be connected, protecting your existing camera investment when upgrading.
Up to 8MP (4K) Recording
The DVR supports coax camera inputs up to 8MP (4K), with encoding up to 8MP at 8fps and 5MP at 12fps. H.265 Pro+ compression significantly reduces storage requirements while preserving high-resolution detail, and 4K HDMI output provides crisp live view and playback.
AcuSense Deep-Learning Detection
AcuSense technology brings deep-learning Motion Detection 2.0 to all analogue channels, enabled by default. It classifies human and vehicle targets and dramatically reduces false alarms caused by objects such as leaves, rain or lights. Quick search by object or event type makes reviewing footage fast and efficient.
Audio over Coax and Remote Access
The DVR supports Audio over Coax (AoC), capturing audio through the camera's coaxial cable with compatible cameras — no separate audio wiring needed. Remote viewing, playback and motion notifications are available anywhere through the Hik-Connect app.
Reliable Storage
A single SATA bay supports a hard drive of up to 10TB (sold separately), with smart search for efficient playback of recorded events.
