Daily Order Cut-Off Times
To ensure same-day dispatch from our central distribution warehouse, please observe our daily order cut-off schedules:
Monday – Thursday
14:00 (2:00 PM)
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are dispatched same day for chosen delivery speed.
Fridays
13:00 (1:00 PM)
Early Friday dispatch for next working day or Saturday delivery.
*Please note that cut-off timings are guidelines and may occasionally vary during extreme peak order volumes or adverse weather conditions.

UK Mainland Delivery Rates & Services
We provide a choice of reliable, tracked delivery services across the UK Mainland:
- Guaranteed priority morning delivery before 12:00 PM on the next working day.
- Applies to orders placed before the 14:00 cut-off (Mon–Thu).
- Working days only (excluding weekends and public bank holidays).
- Valid for UK Mainland addresses.

Important Delivery Notices & Courier Terms
We work with trusted UK commercial couriers (including DPD, ParcelForce, and Royal Mail) to ensure your security equipment arrives safely. Please note the following delivery conditions:
- Guide Timings: Next Day, Express AM (Pre-12), and Saturday delivery timescales are estimated courier guide timings. While over 98% of parcels arrive on time, unforeseen road incidents, depot delays, or adverse weather may affect courier delivery windows.
- Third-Party Carriage: Once your consignment has been handed over to the courier network, transit is governed by the carrier's operating terms. CCTV Direct UK cannot accept liability for consequential losses resulting from courier delays.
- Multi-Warehouse Shipments: Depending on stock availability and volume allocations across our distribution hubs, large or complex kit orders may occasionally be dispatched in separate tracked parcels. You will receive tracking numbers for each parcel.

Festive & Bank Holiday Operations
During peak festive seasons (such as Christmas, New Year, and national UK Bank Holidays), courier networks experience unprecedented volumes, and national hubs operate on reduced schedules.
Holiday Delivery Advisory: Deliveries during peak holiday seasons may experience transit delays of up to 5 working days. During these periods, please do not select or pay for premium 1 to 2-day timed delivery services if courier networks cannot guarantee those transit windows. We advise ordering early to ensure equipment arrives before your installation dates.
