Ajax EN54 Fire Hub Jeweller White Wireless Fire Alarm Control Panel
The Ajax EN54 Fire Hub Jeweller is the central control panel for the Ajax EN54 wireless fire alarm system. Acting as the Control and Indicating Equipment (CIE), it manages connected fire detectors, notification devices and supporting security equipment while providing operators with a clear overview of system status through its integrated 10.1-inch IPS touchscreen.
Designed for commercial buildings, public facilities, educational premises, healthcare environments and other professionally managed sites, the EN54 Fire Hub combines certified fire alarm management with Ajax intrusion protection, automation and video surveillance into a single platform.
Professional EN54 Fire Alarm Management
The EN54 Fire Hub serves as the heart of an Ajax EN54 fire alarm installation, continuously monitoring connected devices and coordinating alarm responses when required.
It supports up to 200 Ajax wireless devices across 40 fire zones, enabling installers to design scalable fire protection systems suitable for a wide variety of building types. The intuitive touchscreen interface provides fast access to system status, alarms, faults, disablements and maintenance functions.
Integrated Fire, Intrusion and Automation
Unlike traditional fire alarm control panels, the EN54 Fire Hub can also manage compatible Ajax intrusion detection devices, automation products and video surveillance equipment within the same ecosystem.
This unified approach allows users to monitor multiple building protection systems from a single platform while simplifying everyday operation and remote management.
Secure Jeweller and Wings Communication
The hub communicates with compatible Ajax devices using Jeweller, Ajax's encrypted wireless radio protocol for alarms and system events.
Where image transmission is required, compatible MotionCam devices use the separate Wings protocol to deliver photo verification securely and efficiently.
Communication features include:
- Encrypted two-way radio communication
- Device authentication
- Frequency hopping
- Continuous device supervision
- Anti-jamming protection
- Fast alarm transmission
These technologies help maintain reliable operation across professional wireless fire alarm installations.
Multiple Communication Paths
To improve reliability, the EN54 Fire Hub supports multiple communication methods including:
- Ethernet
- Wi-Fi
- Dual micro SIM connectivity
This provides flexible network configuration options while allowing the system to remain connected through alternative communication channels where available.
Optional Backup Battery
The hub operates from mains power and supports optional Ajax 24-hour or 72-hour internal backup batteries, allowing continued operation during mains power interruptions.
Please note: The backup battery is not supplied with the hub and must be purchased separately.
