Hikvision DS-2CD2546G2-IS Product Overview
The Hikvision DS-2CD2546G2-IS(2.8mm)(C) is a compact 4MP AcuSense Powered-by-DarkFighter fixed mini dome network camera. Its 1/3-inch progressive-scan CMOS sensor records at up to 2688 × 1520, while the fixed 2.8mm F1.4 lens provides a manufacturer-specified horizontal field of view of 102.7°.
The camera includes infrared illumination up to 30 metres, 120dB WDR, human and vehicle classification for supported events, face capture and H.265+ compression. The `-IS` hardware provides a built-in microphone, one external audio input/output, one alarm input/output and a memory-card slot supporting compatible cards up to 512GB.

Detection, Audio and Storage
AcuSense classification can focus supported motion and perimeter events on human and vehicle targets. Face capture is also available. Performance depends on target size, camera angle, lighting and configuration.
The built-in microphone captures audio and the separate line input/output supports compatible external equipment. The official specification does not state a built-in speaker. Compatible memory cards up to 512GB are supported and are normally sold separately.
Installation and Compatibility
The lens is fixed at 2.8mm; it does not provide optical zoom. The camera angle is adjusted physically during installation. Confirm NVR resolution, AcuSense, audio/alarm, PoE and mounting compatibility before ordering.
